At The Cores Foundation Inc., community outreach is at the heart of everything we do. We actively serve individuals and families in need by providing essential resources such as non-perishable food, clothing, hygiene supplies, and support services.
Our outreach efforts are designed to meet people where they are—whether they are facing homelessness, financial hardship, or life transitions. Through donation drives, direct community engagement, and partnerships, we are able to extend a helping hand and create pathways toward stability and independence.
With the support of our community, we continue to make a meaningful impact—restoring hope, dignity, and opportunity one person at a time.
Resources
The Cores Foundation provides a variety of essential resources to support individuals experiencing homelessness. Our resources include temporary housing facilities, daily meals, and access to clothing and personal hygiene items. We also offer transportation assistance, legal aid, and help with obtaining identification and social services.
Through partnerships with other local organizations. We connect individuals to healthcare services, mental health support, and addiction recovery program. In order to ensure comprehensive support for rebuilding their lives.

The Cores Foundation Empowerment works to combat homelessness by providing essential resources, support, and opportunities for individuals experiencing housing instability. Through outreach programs, emergency assistance, and long-term solutions, the foundation aims to empower people to regain stability, rebuild their lives, and achieve lasting independence. By addressing both immediate needs and systemic challenges, the foundation helps break the cycle of homelessness and create pathways to a better future.
Support Services
At The Cores Foundation Inc., we go beyond providing basic necessities by offering supportive services designed to help individuals achieve long-term stability and independence.
Our support services include guidance, resource referrals, and assistance with accessing housing, employment opportunities, transportation, and other essential needs. We work closely with each individual to ensure they have the tools, structure, and support system necessary to move forward with confidence.
